Privacy Policy

NexaCore AI, owned by Bruno Isidoro Pessoa, VAT 251221091, Faro, Portugal, is committed to protecting the privacy of nexacoreai.pt visitors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected
I only collect data you submit voluntarily: through the contact forms (name, contact email or phone, and project description) and through the Alice waitlist at nexacoreai.pt/alice (see "Alice waitlist", below). Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed to manage contacts and deliver services. It is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Sub-processors
The contact form uses the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com) to deliver the message to my inbox; it does not store data. The Alice waitlist is stored with Supabase (supabase.com), on servers in the European Union (Paris, France). List emails are sent through Resend (resend.com), which stores your email for that purpose and sends from servers in the European Union (Ireland). Resend is a US company; any transfer outside the EU follows the GDPR safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contactgeral@nexacoreai.pt.
Retention
Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or the applicable legal term.
Alice waitlist (nexacoreai.pt/alice)
When you join, I store your email, the name you give your AI (if you enter one) and the date you joined. I use this data only to send you two emails: a thank-you when you join (which includes an offer for Monthlit, another service of mine) and one when public Alice's code is on GitHub; and to show the total number of people on the list (never emails or names). The legal basis is your consent, given when you join (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time: reply "stop" to the thank-you email, use the unsubscribe link in the GitHub email, or write to the address under Contact. I keep the data until you unsubscribe or, at most, 12 months after public Alice launches; after that it is deleted. The page links to Instagram (@nexa_core_ai): if you choose to follow the account, Meta's privacy policy applies, and I receive no data about you through that link. When you unlock the prompts, the page remembers it in your own browser (local storage, not a tracking cookie). That record never leaves your device.
